Question. I am 18 years old and my boyfriend is 21. We got carried away and had unprotected sex in a standing position. But I think I am still a virgin as I did not bleed. Also, he did not ejaculate inside me. My periods are delayed. Could I be pregnant? Please reply.

Answer. Sitting, lying or standing, pregnancy is possible in all these positions. Get a urine pregnancy test done immediately by the pathologist. If positive, see a gynaecologist as soon as you can.

Question. I am 24 years old and my husband has not been able to get an erection for the past two weeks. I love him and want him to be normal. Please help.

Answer. Perhaps the penis is telling him to take it easy for a few days. He is normal, so don't worry. He could take an invigorating sexual tonic such as Vigomax Forte tablets (Charak) twice a day for 15 days.

Question. I had wild sex with my girlfriend in a forest area. The wind was blowing dust particles everywhere. A few weeks later, she started bleeding heavily. The doctor said it was a uterus infection. Will this affect her health in future? Please reply.

Answer. What an exotic spot! With the doctor's treatment, she will return to normal. This will not affect her in the future.

Question. I am an extremely god fearing person. I consider masturbation a sin. I have a bath every time I masturbate and experience a lot of mental agony. If I don't, I experience nightfall (which I consider sin). Please solve my problem. What do I do?

Answer. You are punishing yourself for no reason. Why would God give us such a strong sexual desire if he didn't want us to use it? Delayed marriage leaves one with two alternatives - do nothing, in case of which you will experience nightfall as old sperms need to make place for new ones. The other alternative is masturbation. It's a safe alternative to sexual intercourse outside marriage. In fact, it's a good training ground for intercourse. It's wrong to believe that the vagina and penis are unhygienic. There's no need to have a bath unless you want to clean your nose and ears. Masturbate when sexually aroused and be convinced you are normal.

Question. I am a 32-year-old bachelor. You often advise men to wash their penis head regularly so as to avoid infection. However, whenever I do the same, my foreskin clings to my penis and getting erections becomes painful. If I don't wash the region for days, there's no pain or itching. Only after a very long time, I notice a reddish infection. What should I do? Please help.

Answer. If you can wash your ears daily, then why not your genitals? Can you move your foreskin freely up to the base of the penis head? If yes, then there is no question of the foreskin sticking to the penis. I suggest you stick to a daily routine for the sake of your partner.

Question. I am a 19-year-old girl and my bust is on the heavier side. I read somewhere about breast reduction treatment using laser techniques. Should I go for it? Will it cause any ill-effects later in my married life and will it affect my ability to have children? Please help.
